That is why Air Data has implemented this personal information privacy policy (&#8220;Policy&#8221;) with the aim to govern Air Data\u2019s practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\nThis Policy refers to how Air Data collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information. These statistics do not contain information that could personally identify any individual customer, employee or supplier.\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>3.\tOTHER USES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/strong>\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\nIn the event that all or part of Air Data\u2019s assets were sold or financed, or if Air Data were to merge with another company, personal information in the possession of Air Data could be disclosed to the lender, buyer or merger partner, provided such personal information were to be used in strict compliance with the Air Data privacy Policy.\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\n<strong>4.\tTRANSFERS TO AGENTS AND THIRD PARTIES<\/strong>\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\nSome of the products and services that are provided by Air Data may be provided by third parties in cooperation with Air Data. All personal information stored in electronic form, including all information collected through the website of Air Data, is kept in confidential and secure data banks.
